Overall experience is very pleasing. We engaged Elysian Design at the start of 2020 before the whole pandemic started. Our designers Carvin & Kelvin wasted no time in arranging the schedule and renovation works right after we collected our keys. We definitely appreciate that. The whole reno journey was a positive one. Minor hiccups along the way are definitely inevitable. However, our IDs ensures that every doubts and unsatisfactory are rectified immediately. We were definitely impressed with the workmanship of the carpentry.

Good in communication and meeting of deadlines. Handed the renovated house on time as discussed with ID, Jun Hong. He is very approachable and listens to our needs in the Reno plan. Very patient too, despite me WhatsApp him at odd hours to clarify my queries. The carpentry quality n tiling work is great! Overall, with a few minor touch ups here and there, we are pleased with the outcome of the renovation.

Elysian was the first ID firm which we approached and we signed up with them right from the getgo. Carvin was easygoing and approachable. We discussed our needs and visions, and he provided recommendations and improved on them. Every changes and improvement made to the unit were practical based on our family’s needs and daily routine, resulting in a comfortable abode which suits the style and preference of each of our family member; right from the quirky taste of the youngest (one who opts for an acid lime green wall!!) right to the more calming and sedate color/texture tone preferred by the more senior members of the family.

Fantastic experience. Me and my wife never have had any bad experiences throughout our journey. As smooth as a butter, everything was in order, scheduled as promised and most importantly, he gave us a cost-effective ideas/solutions. Every detail was transparent. We hardly had to go down to check as he will the to ensure everything was in order. The only time we had to be home was just to confirm our preferences. We were 100% satisfied with his services throughout and they are highly recommended!!

Like many first time flat owners, we scouted a list of IDs, and went through several meetups with various companies. We made our choice with Elysian Design Studio after meeting Ron for 2 times. He shared great ideas, and what wow us the most, is he is so detailed oriented in his thought process! The skeptical mindset of having hidden costs after a renovation work was there at first, but Ron kept us informed of all associated costs, and we are very happy with his service, without any surprises when it comes to finances.

We are very thankful for the Elysian Design team for realising our dream home and making this renovation journey a personally enjoyable one for both of us. We had a tight timeline, considering the extensiveness of the renovation works. Carvin and Ashok were very proactive in making sure we have everything ready to complete the works in time. We were able to select all our materials before start of our renovation and they accompanied us in every step to make sure we make the best decision possible. We highly recommend them for their great service, quality workmanship and professionalism.

We shortlisted a few ID firms ranging from the bigger to the smaller ones for our renovation. After several meetings ,we decided on Elysian Design Studios. Reason being, the ID we met, Carvin impressed us with his eye for detail, knowledge and most of all, he was patient and ever ready to listen to our ideas and gave his opinion on it. As with all renovations, we did face some road blocks along the way, but Carvin was quick to offer solutions to the problems. He is also very prompt in returning calls and messages. The renovation was completed on time and the after service was equally good. He had his subcontractors come down to do some touch up work within a week of notification. We are so thankful to have met Carvin after hearing horror stories of errant contractors.
