Our ID Ron has been a great partner in our home renovation journey! Right from the first meeting, he spent many hours discussing our concept and layout, even before we signed the contract and our budget was limited. His sincerity won us over, and we are so glad to have chosen him as our ID!

Ron was able to help us bring our ideas to reality and gave us good advice on key decisions. As our resale unit had many limitations and challenges, he also gave creative solutions to resolve them. He was also very open to feedback or ideas that may not be what he had proposed, and would try his best to fulfil our requests or meet our concerns.

As with any renovations, there were bound to be issues, but Ron would always help us to resolve. With his good relationship with his contractors, they were always willing to quickly rectify the issues even though they had packed schedules.

Fantastic experience with Elysian Design. Me and my wife never have had any bad experiences throughout our journey. As smooth as a butter, everything was in order, scheduled as promised and most importantly, he gave us a cost-effective ideas/solutions. Every detail was transparent.

After surveying many options, we chose Elysian Design due to their excellent reviews. Our house was handled by Designers Carvin Lu and Erwin from start till end. We are so impressed by their excellent knowledge and creative ideas. They understood clearly what we wanted, brought the 3D design to life just like how we had imagined it to be.

They have very outstanding communication with us and always reply to our msgs and queries promptly. They made an extra effort to understand and find out what we need for our religious space such as the mosque standards of the ablution/wuduk area at our service yard and design of the prayer room without us trying to explain too much. Workmanship are excellent using only high end product albeit the affordable.price.

GOING EXTRA MILE FOR HOMEOWNERS

From the very start of the renovation till the end, Elysian Design went an extra mile to help us. The first day we get our keys, he checked the defects with us, checks the water and electricity and bring his contractors and electrician to take measurement. Being an experience ID himself, it was a very productive day for us as we settle a lot of things within that day. He even bring us to go for lights and appliances shopping with us on a weekend, when he could be having that time with his family. Talk about going extra miles for his client!!

He often puts himself in homeowner shoes, giving inputs and alternative for cost-savings without jeopardizing the quality. Elysian Design gave us a work-schedule for the renovation and oftentimes, most of the work is done on-time or ahead of schedules. It was a breeze for us as we do not need to follow up or went to the house to settle stuff. Any decisions that need to be made, he will liaise with us via Whatsapp/calls which is very convenient for us.
